Purchase Order

If you prefer to purhcase product via a standard purhase order, click the button above to download a Vinco CPAP purchase order form. 

Email the completed purchase order to Business@VincoCPAP.com.  An invoice will be emailed back to you within 48 business hours.

Payment via check (made out to Vinco CPAP, LLC) is due within 15 days of the invoice date.  Mail check to:

Product will be shipped to the "Ship To Address" provided on the PO within 48 business hours of receipt of payment.

Unopened product may be returned for a full refund (less a 10% restocking fee) within 30 days.  You must notify us prior to returning any unopened product, or else the return may be denied.

For faster shipping, add items to the shopping cart and complete your purchase with a credit card.  A receipt will be emailed to the address provided during the account registration process.
