Q: I use a smaller (travel size) CPAP hose and the small loop that holds onto the hose is slightly too large. What should I do?
A: You can trim the length of the inside portion of the small loop that goes around the hose by 1/4 to 1/2 inch for a better fit.
Q: Do I need to remove the arm band from the hose each day?
A: No! You can leave the arm band attached to the hose and simply slide it off your arm when you stop using your CPAP/BiPAP device.
Q: Can I wash my Vinco arm band?
A: Yes, you can wash the Vinco arm band either by hand with a gentle detergent or in the washing machine on the gentle cycle. We recommend that the hook and loop fastener overlaps completely before putting the band into the washer.
Q: Will my arm band shrink in the dryer?
A: No, it will not shrink! However, we recommend that the hook and loop fastener overlaps completely before putting the band into the dryer.
Q: How long will my arm band last?
A: Depending on usage pattern and cleaning practices, each Vinco arm band is expected to last more than a year!
Q: I purchased my arm band online from the Vinco CPAP website. Can I return it?
A: No, once used we cannot except returns since the band is able to be used over bare skin.
Q: I purchased my arm band through a medical equipment store. Can I return or exchange it?
A: Please check with the medical equipment store to ask about their return policy. All returns/exchanges must be preapproved.
Q: I bought the wrong size online from the Vinco CPAP website. Can I exchange it for a different size?
A: If purchased on our website, with proof of purchase an unopened package can be exchanged for a different size. Contact customer service for instructions. Additional shipping charges apply.
Q: My arm size measures in between 2 sizes or within 1 inch of the maximum length for a given size. What size should I order?
A: If your arm measures at or near the maximum end of the range for a given size, you should order the next larger size. This will give you the most customizability and comfort.
Q: I use a cloth hose cover to insulate my CPAP/BiPAP hose. Can I still use it with a Vinco CPAP arm band?
A: Yes! In fact, they work very well together!
