It is long and gets in the way, and if it is in the wrong place it makes me have to adjust my mask to prevent leakage. Once I pulled my CPAP machine off my side table when I was shifting positions because I pulled too much on the hose - I want to avoid doing that again. This small sleeve is very helpful.
